Hide
Stand next to a bush, a tree, a crate, anything, and press F. You become it. Press F again to be a cat. You can still creep around while you are a bush, slowly.
Seek
One cat is it. They wait twenty seconds while everyone scatters, then walk into whoever they can find. Anyone caught turns into a seeker too.
Win
Still hidden when the three minutes run out. Three points. Catching someone is worth one.
Talk
Press enter, type, press enter again. Careful: it floats over your head.
